This workshop will feature a Seven Steps to Earthquake Safety training/demonstration, to learn key guidance for how to be prepared to survive and recover. Attendees will also be encouraged to provide feedback about the messaging and learn how to lead the presentation.

Topics: seismic design of Hayward City Hall and the City's emergency management approach; updates from state partners; Santa Clara County's earthquake exercise; and more – followed by a tour of the building's seismic design!
